PT-141, also known as Bremelanotide, is a melanocortin receptor agonist originally developed from Melanotan II. It is FDA-approved (as Vyleesi) for hypoactive sexual desire disorder in premenopausal women and is studied for male sexual dysfunction.

Selank is a synthetic heptapeptide analogue of the human tetrapeptide Tuftsin, developed in Russia. It has been studied for its anxiolytic (anti-anxiety) and nootropic effects, and is approved as a medication in Russia.

Semax is a synthetic heptapeptide derived from the ACTH (adrenocorticotropic hormone) fragment 4–7. Developed in Russia, it has been studied extensively for cognitive enhancement, neuroprotection, and stroke recovery. It is approved as a medication in Russia and Ukraine.

DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide) is a naturally occurring neuropeptide first isolated from rabbit brain in 1974. It has been studied for its ability to promote slow-wave (delta) sleep, reduce stress responses, and normalise disrupted sleep patterns.

Melanotan II (MT-II) is a synthetic analogue of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH). Originally developed as a potential sunless tanning agent, it also produces significant effects on sexual arousal and appetite suppression. PT-141 (Bremelanotide) was derived from MT-II.

Kisspeptin-10 is a naturally occurring neuropeptide and the shortest active fragment of the kisspeptin family. It plays a central role in regulating the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis, stimulating the release of GnRH, LH, and FSH. It is studied for reproductive disorders, hypogonadism, and libido.
